What was the highlight of Hotel Monte Cenci Roma
Perfect place if there wasn't a technical issue.
The location is great: right in the center with all facilities nearby. The room was big, nice and comfortable. The staff was very good.
The heating system was really noisy : had to turn it down to sleep. I informed the reception about the issue and hopefully they will solve it.

What was the highlight of Hotel Monte Cenci Roma
A great location but the staff was not great with details and financial issues.
I liked the breakfast and the location was nearby to good restaurants and across from a local grocery store. That was very important since I like to buy water and snacks for my room.
The hotel staff consistently made mistakes regarding our booking, our credit cards we put on file, and especially our rate. We booked in June and paid the deposit for a trip in October and then when we arrived the price her night was over $100 difference! That is ridiculous and not logical at all. The man at the front desk said "the rate changes depending on the season" -- well we understand that but when a person books it at a certain rate and pays the deposit 4 months in advance then there is no BASIS or LOGIC to have a different rate at the time of arrival. Also, my girlfriends that were 2 to a room and a larger room paid the same as I did with a "basic room" for one person. All rooms were nice but the pricing was done with no logic and no reasonable explanation. This was done on two separate occasions within a 2 week period, since we had to return to Rome for our last night prior to our flight. It was a shame because I really liked the location.

Good location, a bit pricey
The lobby was pretty. The room was very clean. The location was convenient. The staff was very helpful and respectful at all times
The stairs were very oddly placed to get from floor to floor. The ac was extremely loud, sounded like a jet engine!! Parking was an issue as apparently the lot is not open all day on Sundays which was never mentioned to us. For the price, I might look for something better next time

What was the highlight of Hotel Monte Cenci Roma
Very Good
The location was very good. Centrally located with easy access to many of the attractions and sights. There were dining, shopping, and amazing things to do. Most of our excursions and tours were a short cab ride away. Breakfast on the rooftop terrace was wonderful. The room was the smallest that we stayed in the shower enclosure was an interesting solution.
The food at breakfast was okay and they seemed to run out of some of the things we like such as eggs or sausage, but they a full variety of yogurts, fruit and bread.
